About Khardungla -

At 5,359 meters, Khardung La is the highest motorable road in the world. A sign which greets visitors upon arriving there proclaims it with a hint of pride. The realization that one is traversing through the highest motorable road is in itself as exciting as it gets. Khardung La is a high altitude mountain pass located almost 40 kilometers from Leh, and is the gateway to Shyok & Nubra Valleys. It has an enormous strategic importance for India, as it is used to transport supplies to the Siachen Glacier. The Khardung La Pass, a major tourist place in Ladakh, is maintained by the Border Roads Organisation and all kinds of vehicles, from two wheelers to heavy trucks, ply this road..


About Pangong Lake -

Pangong Lake also known as Pangong Tso is a beautiful endorheic lake situated in the Himalayas and is 134 km long, extending from India to China. Pangong Lake is situated at a height of 4350 m and is one of the biggest tourist attractions of the country. The beauty and allure of this lake has attracted people from all over the country and beyond. The lake is said to be in the process of being identified as a wetland with international significance under the Ramsar Convention and if everything goes as expected then the Pangong Lake will be the first in South Asia to be a trans-boundary wetland and that too under this convention. The name of the lake Pangong was got from a Tibetan word Banggong Co that means a narrow and enchanted lake.


About Nubra Valley -

Known for its orchards, scenic vistas, Bactrian camels and monasteries; Nubra Valley is the northernmost part of Jammu and Kashmir. Situated about 150 km from Leh, Nubra Valley is known as the Orchard of Ladakh and was originally called Ldumra which meant the valley of flowers. Surrounded by snowcapped Himalayan ranges, Nubra valley lies sandwiched between Tibet and Kashmir. The view of the valley is picturesque and breathtaking. During winter, the whole valley looks like landscape of the moon (reason for calling Moonland) and in summer full of greenery.

Day 01

Arrival in Leh

  • Arrive at Leh airport and proceed directly to Sham Valley, passing through picturesque villages along the Indus River. Check into your reserved accommodation and relax for the day. Overnight stay in Sham Valley.

Day 02

Sham Valley to Lamayuru to Leh (160 kms/7-8 hrs approx)

  • After breakfast, head towards Lamayuru to witness the fascinating Moonland and explore the ancient Lamayuru Monastery. On the return journey to Leh, visit Alchi Monastery, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hill, and the Hall of Fame. Reach Leh by evening and check into your hotel. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 03

Leh to Nubra Valley (125 kms/5-6 hrs approx one way)

  • After breakfast, proceed to Nubra Valley via Khardung La, the world’s highest motorable pass at 18,380 ft. Take short breaks at roadside cafés and scenic spots for photography. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel or camp. After lunch, experience a camel safari on the rare double-humped Bactrian camels at the stunning Sand Dunes between Deskit and Hundur villages. Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

Day 04

Nubra Valley to Turtuk-Thang and back to Nubra Valley(190 kms/7-8 hrs approx)

  • After breakfast, head towards Thang, the last Indian village on the India-Pakistan border, which was captured by the Indian Army during the 1971 war. En route, explore the picturesque villages of Turtuk and Tyakshi. Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

Day 05

Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake via Shyok River Road (150 Kms | 6-7 Hrs approx)

  • After breakfast, depart for Pangong Lake at 14,500 ft, a scenic drive of approximately 6–7 hours. Upon arrival, check in to the camp and enjoy some leisure time, soaking in the mesmerizing color-changing lake and the breathtaking sunset by the shore. Overnight stay at Pangong Lake.

Day 06

Pangong Lake to Leh (140 kms/5-6 hrs approx one way)

  • Start your day with a breathtaking sunrise over Pangong Lake. After an early breakfast, drive back to Leh, stopping en route to visit the famous 3 Idiots movie school and Thiksey Monastery. Spend the evening at leisure in Leh. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 07

Departure from Leh

  • Early morning transfer to Leh airport for your return flight. Trip concludes with cherished memories.

    • 50% of the package cost if you cancel between 30 and 25 days before the date of commencement of tour.

    • 100% of the total package cost if you cancel less than 25 days from the date of commencement of tour.

    • The airfare is not refundable and tickets once issued are not amendable.

    • For example if the tour commencement date is 5th June, then 50% cutoff date will be 6th May, and 100% cutoff date will be 11th May.

    • No refund for any unused transportation / services in any circumstances.

    • Professional Tourist Guide @ INR. 3000 per day.

    • Camel Safari @ INR. 1000 per ride.

    • River Rafting in Zanskar river (Chilling to Nimo) @ INR. 2500 per person (25th June to 30th August only).

    • Cultural program starting @ INR. 11000 per program (1.5 hours).

    • The itinerary finalized at the time of advance payment will be final and change in the itinerary is only subject to actual conditions and cost difference, if any.

    • Mentioned hotels will be confirmed as per room availability at the time of final payment, otherwise we will confirm similar category hotel.

    • We are only event managers and we try our best to arrange and render best services, yet we do not take any responsibility on any account whatsoever; of the performance of the hotels, guide, transportation, opening of sightseeing places, other services or anything else on which we do not have any direct control.

    • We do not bear any responsibility whatsoever for any loss of life and property, death, damages, injuries, etc. and also any consequences arising out of natural calamities, strikes, breakdowns, accidents, delay in services. No refund would be given against it.

    • In case of injury or severe illness where upon the participant has to be admitted to the hospital or sent back to hometown by flight or any other means of transport, then those charges shall be borne by the participant.

    • Due to political reasons, heavy rains, snow fall or any other natural calamities if the tour is to be cancelled or dropped, then in that case we should not be held responsible for any extra charges. No refund/ stay arrangements will be entertained by the company and all other additional charges shall be borne by the Participant.

    • No refund shall be payable to you if you leave the tour mid-way or for any unused portion of the tour due to whatsoever reason.

    • In case of accident during road journey the company shall not be held responsible for any loss of life / lugguage. We will transfer all the participants by another vehicle to the desired destination. All participants will have to co-operate with the tour manager.

    • In case of traffic jam / uncertain events, if you reach the desired destination late or miss any sightseeing then the company shall not be held responsible and no refund shall be entertained.

    • The company has the right to change the hotels due to indeterminate issue arising at later stage which are confirmed at the time of booking. No refund shall be entertained for that.

    • All the disputes are to be settled subject to Noida jurisdiction.
